When you purchase a gun from another firearm store and would like to have it shipped in to us.

We are required to collect sales tax on any new firearm purchased out of state.
Please have the FFL your firearm is being shipped from email us to receive our license. FFL@Alquistarms.com
Also, please make sure the firearm(s) you’re wanting shipped is California approved. If we receive a firearm and it’s not California approved, we will charge a shipping and handling fee. California roster of approved Handguns website https://www.oag.ca.gov/firearms/certified-handguns/search
Once we receive your item and input it into our system we WILL call you. After you've received the call then you will be able to come in and start your paperwork.
****We will call you once your firearms has arrived and all paperwork has been looked over and input into our system! Please do not show up once your tracking number shows it was delivered.****
PRIVATE PARTY TRANSFER:
This is where both buyer and seller walk in to the store and do a firearms transfer.
We do not issue private party transfers an hour before we close.

If we receive an ammo transfer it will either be refused or you will need to pay for shipping to have it returned to the place it was purchased.
