NO REFUNDS will be made on special orders that have been ordered, shipped and or arrived to our store. Once your item is in, we WILL call you and let you know, so you can start your paperwork or pick up the item. We DO NOT start any paperwork for you, you need to come in once the gun is here and start your 10-day waiting period. If you have a Federal Limits ID or driver's License you will need to bring in either a valid Passport or birth Certificate.) if you've changed your name from your birth certificate you will need supporting documents for that as well. The person who places the special order is the person who the item will be registered to or non-firearm picking up.
